Testimonials
SEE WHAT IMMERSION ATTENDEES & YOGA STUDENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCES WITH OUR TEAM:“I really enjoyed the opportunity to focus on my mental health and resiliency as it is an oft neglected aspect of our lives. We consistently focus on our physical health (sometimes even neglecting that for work) and do not afford ourselves the time or have the knowledge base to work on our emotional and mental health. Thanks to the staff, it was a great 2 days!”
“Suzanna has a real skill for moving energy and motivation through a room. She is thoughtful and intentional with her classes and creates wonderful sequences. Phenomenal yoga teacher.”
“The program was extremely well-received by all participants. Suzanna and her team arrived well prepared and remained flexible regarding our schedule and venue. Absolutely professional in all regards.”
“The resiliency training was awesome. I was able to sleep better than I have in weeks, and my body doesn’t hurt as much as it has the past few months.”
“Haley’s class was amazing! I’ve had sciatic pain the past few days and this class truly helped me stretch out and release all of the tension I had around.”
”It was by far some of the best training we have had. Thanks for what you guys are doing. It is really important.”
“Great instructors with a wealth of knowledge that included relevant personal experiences that really accentuated the importance of the lessons.”
