Haley bonilla: RYT-200, LMT
Haley's teaching approach is rooted in trust, focusing on meeting students exactly where they are - physically, mentally and emotionally - and building from that point. She emphasizes honoring oneself and building self-awareness every time her students step onto a yoga mat, while encouraging them to carry this sense of mindfulness into their daily lives. Haley is known for her teaching and practicing the value of free, expressive movement and guiding students to truly drop into the sensory experience of somatics all while working with the nervous system to navigate difficult emotions, manage disruptive thoughts and unhelpful, habitual thought patterns. Using her knowledge and skills as a licensed massage therapist, she is passionate about anatomy and continuously learning about the connections between body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of training her students in the harmonization of these elements for a healthy mind-body system.
Testimonials
SEE WHAT IMMERSION ATTENDEES & YOGA STUDENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCES WITH OUR TEAM and retreats:“Such a fabulous retreat. Already can’t wait to do it again!”
“I really enjoyed the opportunity to focus on my mental health and resiliency as it is an oft neglected aspect of our lives. We consistently focus on our physical health (sometimes even neglecting that for work) and do not afford ourselves the time or have the knowledge base to work on our emotional and mental health.”
“Suzanna has a real skill for moving energy and motivation through a room. She is thoughtful and intentional with her classes and creates wonderful sequences. Phenomenal yoga teacher.”
“The program was extremely well-received by all participants. Suzanna and her team arrived well prepared and remained flexible regarding our schedule and venue. Absolutely professional in all regards.”
“Haley’s class was amazing! I’ve had sciatic pain the past few days and this class truly helped me stretch out and release all of the tension I had around.”
“Such a fulfilling weekend of connection, awe and presence.”
“It was an incredible experience I’m still carrying with me. Thank you!”
