The Quiet Work Retreat
This immersive 4-day retreat offers restorative and invigorating blends of yoga, breathwork, meditation, hiking, nature settings, and enriching educational and science-based mindfulness workshops.
Our all-inclusive pricing options feature lodging, all meals, 3 yoga classes per day, multiple educational and training workshops, team guide-led hikes and other experiential activities to participate in at your leisure. Private. NO other retreats on premises. Spots are limited!
Where: Sanctuary Retreat Center, 2610, Adial Rd., Faber, VA 22938
When: October 15 - October 18, 2026
Save your spot with a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 due at registration. All-inclusive retreat pricing starts at $1345 depending on your lodging choice. Your $150 deposit is included in your total price.
You will need to bring:
-Hiking Boots or Sturdy Walking Shoes
-Yoga Mat (limited mats available on site)
-Travel Coffee Mug (coffee and tea available)
-Water Bottle (fresh water available on site)
-Flashlight (or use cell phone light for walking between buildings at night)
-Small or Stadium Style Blanket (For classroom comfort and yoga)
-Personal toiletries (bar soap available)
-Hair Dryer, as needed
Optional:
-Umbrella
-Rain Jacket
-Hiking Stick or Pole(s)
We will provide:
-Meditation Cushion
-Yoga Props (i.e. blocks, straps, bolsters)
-Journal
-Pens
-Snacks (Training Workshops)
Day to Day Event Time Frame:
Thursday, Oct 15: Check In 2:00 - 4:00pm, Welcome and Dinner 5:00 pm - 7:00pm, We begin 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday and Saturday, Oct 16 and 17: 7:00am - approximately 9:00pm
Sunday, Oct 18: 7:00am - Noon (optional lunch)
Cancellation Policy:
-If canceled prior to September 30, 2026 - there is a $100 fee. All payments will be refunded minus the $100 fee and non-refundable $150 deposit.
-If canceled after September 30, 2026, but before October 9, 2026 - 50% of all payments will be refunded minus the non-refundable $150 deposit.
-If canceled after October 9, 2026 - All payments non-refundable.
